Universal NAND gate and its application in level monitoring in chemical plant

  1. Set the slider A to an arbitrary position of the level of the chemical in tank A.

  2. Set the slider B to any arbitrary position of the level of the chemical in tank B.

  3. Observe the output Y on the LED display.

  4. Vary the levels of the chemical in both the tanks by using the sliders and observe the output indication.

  5. Validate the NAND gate performance in the said application.

  6. Using simulator build the logic of level monitoring in chemical plant circuit and verify the result.

    Note: Use digital switches instead of the input sliders.
